Our rates are based on a 7 night stay, and include the laundry and cleaning costs between guests.

Turnround day is usually Saturday, but we can be flexible if other bookings allow. Guests usually arrive on Saturday afternoon or evening and depart on the following or a later Saturday morning, allowing time for the cleaning and preparation for the next set of guests.

We offer 4 night stays in the low season, please contact us for a quote.
