Sci-Tech Systems Ltd was established in 2003, merging Peter and Christine's own consultancy companies.

Peter and Christine had already worked together for some years, and were aware of the complementary nature of their skill sets.

They now provide one consultancy offering skills spanning hardware design, project lifecycle management, and expertise in software and mathematical algorithm development.

Peter Hall MRIN Director Has strong expertise in electronic hardware combined with software knowledge. He holds an HNC in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He has worked in the RAF on long range Radar systems, and for Plessy, STC and Marconi Radar. After forming his first company, he worked on flagship projects for the Navy, Air Force and Army, on CCIS Systems, Communications Systems and other smaller Defence projects. A keen sailor, he used his interest in navigation to create an in-vehicle GPS navigation system long before they appeared for cars. He owns a classic yacht (now in its centenary year) and crews regularly in offshore and local races.

Christine Edwards BSc Director As the daughter of a former REME Engineer turned Phillips Electricals Production Manager, and niece of a Bloodhound Scientist, Christine was interested in science from an early age. She holds an Honours degree in Astrophysics, and has worked for more than twenty-five years (freelance) in software engineering in the Defence Sector for Marconi (Radar, Electro-Optics and Avionics), ICL, BAe Systems and DERA (now Qinetiq), and also for ICI. Her experience covers graphics, communications, IR Imaging, GPS, embedded enviroments, process control, PC/Workstation Applications, and mathematical algorithms. For much of this time, she has worked with Peter on both contract and private projects and ventures. Her interests include sailing, walking and is an enthusiastic allotment plotholder!
